Medical advice via smartphone is a new form of medical care: patients can now see their doctor in real time, without leaving their home. The doctor sees them and they see the doctor – this enables quick and precise clarification and advice, even from home.

Our medical partners from eedoctors are experienced specialists. A personal conversation in combination with a visual assessment form the core elements of a virtual consultation.

How eedoctors helps you

This new service can replace the on-site consultation or ambulance visit and serves as an additional option in non-urgent cases. This can help to reduce the risk of coronavirus infection and conserves urgently needed medical resources.

The service is available during the opening hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 06:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 04:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m.
  • Saturday to Sunday and Holidays: 08:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.

FeelSafe Direct Billing Network (LARA)

The Direct Billing Network LARA:

The LARA network is a network of doctors, pharmacies, laboratories and radiologies that directly bill the insurance so you don’t have to pre-pay and go through the refund process. The network gets constantly enlarged with new partners. The LARA network is available for all health insurances. The LARA network is not available for the Travel Insurance.

How to use the LARA network:

Simply select your trusted partner at https://larapartnernetzwerk.at/ and book an appointment online straight away.

Please say that you are a UNIQA customer when booking your appointment or when you arrive.

Important! If there is no valid agreement or the costs exceed your maximum tariff rate at the time of direct billing, we will have to reclaim these.

In order to avoid you having to make a claim and the effort involved, please feel free to email us at lukas.windisch@uniqa.at to verify your claim prior to your visit to LARA.
